How to make a reservation

Flavor Shake®︎ (fragrance production) requires reservations.
We have advance reservations and same-day reservations.
The reservation method differs for each store, so please check the store you plan to visit.

[Advance reservation]

・Advance reservations can be made from 14 days to 1 day before your desired visit date.
(Example: Request to visit on 6/15 → Reservations available from 6/1 to 6/14)
・Reservation slots will be opened at 0:00 every day.

Please use this option if advance reservations are full or if you need to arrive on the same day.

Reservations will be accepted at the store from opening time on the day
○ Reservations will be accepted at the store from opening time on the day of arrival in the order of arrival.
○ You may be able to line up before the store opnes.
○ We will inform you of the time when you can make a reservation at the reception desk.
*Reservations cannot be made by phone or email.
*If the store is full at the time of your visit, we may not be able to produce it.
*Please refrain from making inquiries as we are unable to inform you in advance of what time you can.

[Same-day reservation] Fukuoka store

Please use this option if advance reservations are full or if you need to arrive on the same day.

Reservations will be accepted in-store and by phone from opening time on the day
○ At the Fukuoka store, from the opening hours of the day, orders will be placed in order of arrival and by phone. We accept reservations.
○ You may be able to line up before the store opnes.
○ We will inform you of the time when you can make a reservation at the reception desk.
*If the store is full at the time of your visit, we may not be able to produce it.
*Please refrain from making inquiries as we are unable to inform you in advance of what time you can.
